Dr David Roland

David Roland has a PhD in clinical psychology. Trained in neuropsychological assessment, he studied interpersonal neurobiology with professor Daniel Siegel (author of Mindsight). He is an Honorary Associate with the School of Medicine, University of Sydney. David is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a founder of the Australian branch of the Compassionate Mind Foundation. 



David Roland authored the book How I Rescued My Brain.  David’s sensitivity to understanding compassion and how it is and isn’t practised in society makes him a valued friend of Holistic Practices Beyond Borders. We owe him gratitude for inspiring us to use the acronym CR, Compassion Revolution.
